This is a page dedicated to other great rock band... Expecially those who made the 80s so great. Yeah, I'm born on 1978, so during the 80s I was just a kid, but these years will always remain in my heart.

The artist of the month is...

Come on... Who doesn't know Europe? They RULED the world for two years (1986-1988) with the album that better describes the 80s style: The Final Countdown. I still remember when I bought it, I was only 8; I listened it BILLIONS of times!
The Swedish band, leaded by Joey Tempest, debuts in 1979 (know as FORCE, they became Europe in 1982) and they released two albums before the hit TFC. But after the performance in 1989 with Bon Jovi and Skid Row, they started to fade away... There was just other two albums before the total disappearance: Out Of This World and Prisoners In Paradise: followed by a great tour, this is the last work of that great band. There were two quite good solos by Joey in 1995 and 1996: A Place To Call Home and Azalea Place. Officially they're still together, but I believe that the greatest hits album (Europe 1982 - 1992, Epic; with some unreleased material) will be their last work.
